Scope, fees, user role and limits

We help you search, compare and review listings, documents and condition. Scope, price or pricing method and execution period appear before payment; extra checks need your agreement. Give accurate details, review confirmations and decide on purchase. Do not treat the service as a mechanic's inspection or lawyer's title check. We do not guarantee condition, mileage, history, availability, price or legal status; findings are assistance, not a warranty. Advertising claims are substantiated under Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР dated 03.07.1996.

Complaints and responsibility

Send complaints to contact@handmaddle.com or +380 677 717 5672. We acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to resolve within 30 days. You may contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. We do not require private arbitration or waive court rights. Nothing limits statutory rights under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991.

Privacy and cookies

We process personal data under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 3993-IX and honour access, correction, deletion and objection rights.
