    Shortlist the candidate car

    Plate or VIN, make, model, year, mileage, asking price and the listing link. Two or three cars are enough for a comparison.

    Send the papers you already hold

    Registration certificate, service records and the seller's details. Photos are fine. We review them for consistency, not for legal title.

    Get an answer within one business day

    Replies are sent Monday to Friday, Kyiv time. You receive a scope confirmation and a fixed quote before any work starts.

Independence and limits

We are a buyer-side assistance service paid by a fixed fee, never by a seller. We are not a government body, not insurance, not a warranty and not an official inspection certificate. A document review checks the papers you provide for consistency; official registry verification remains yours, and we hand over the checklist for it.

Tell us the two or three cars you are shortlisting. We reply with a written scope, the fee, and a delivery date before any work begins.

Fees are published on the pricing page. We take no commission from sellers or dealers, so the report answers to you only.

After the intake

Response window, handoff, and what stays official

One reviewer reads every request. You receive a written scope before any fee is due, so the boundary of the work is clear from the first reply.

Document checklist handoff

We review the consistency of the documents you send. We do not query registries. The checklist for official verification goes back to you to complete with the authorities.

  1. You send copies of the registration certificate, seller identity details, and the service records you already hold.
  2. We return a consistency note listing matches, gaps, and items to confirm in person.
  3. You take that note to the official verification step and keep the original documents.
