This notice explains how handmaddle.com handles personal data submitted through our contact and used-car assistance request forms, and how you can exercise your rights.

2. Data we collect
Through lead and callback forms we collect your name, phone number, email address, the vehicle request details you provide (make, model, budget, region), your message and the date and record of your consent. We also receive technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited.
3. Purposes and lawful basis
We process data to respond to your request, arrange used-car selection and inspection assistance, keep records of consent and improve our service. Processing relies on your consent and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, in line with Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 3993-IX. We do not sell your data.
4. Cookies and analytics
Non-essential cookies, analytics and marketing tags are set only after you give prior informed consent, which you may refuse or withdraw at any time. Purposes and third parties are identified in the cookie notice, as required by Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX dated 16.12.2020.
5. Retention and sharing
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or as law requires. Data may be shared with inspectors, partners and IT providers strictly to deliver the requested assistance, under confidentiality obligations.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent by emailing contact@handmaddle.com. We respond within the periods set by law.

Send complaints to contact@handmaddle.com. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, and you keep your right to apply to a court under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991.
